Expansion Manager (EM) is the only Contract that requires a minimum investment of $2,950.00. ALL other positions require NO INVESTMENT. The EM Position is a business opportunity.
The EM will be responsible for ONE Community or several Zip Codes in a Metro area. The EM will be responsible for marketing all services personally as well as
· Hiring, Training, & Managing Marketing personnel
· Locating a retail storefront and negotiating a satisfactory lease (We Pay for it)
· Hiring, Training, & Managing all local retail store personnel
· Securing sites for Sign Installation
· ALL PHASES of Management for the Community or zip codes that are assigned to the EM.
The required investment is based on the area selected by the EM. (Subject to availability.) There will be only one EM per Community except for Metro areas.
An investment is a requirement but it is not the determining factor. EM will be awarded a contract upon meeting all requirements which include:
· Capable of meeting the financial requirements
· Experience in sales / marketing
· Experience in Personnel management is desired but not required
· Computer Literacy ( at least a basic understanding and capable of learning the rest)
· Advertising Sales Experience is a PLUS
The EM will not own the Area of Responsibility / Community site but, upon meeting the minimal production requirements, will receive an equity position in the EM’s Area of Responsibility and or Assigned Community Web site. This equity position can be sold upon Corporate approval of buyer.
It also maybe inherited.
The EM will have an immediate position of Senior General Account Manager (SGAM) with an EM addendum. SGAM cannot be attained except through promotions or as an EM.
